Chris Jackson is founder and principal of Calex Capital Partners, an investment group that specializes in purchasing underperforming multifamily assets with high value opportunities. Calex Capital Partners, based on the North Fork of Long Island, applies the management and efficiency principles that Jackson has acquired over the last 15 years as an Information Technology consultant.

Jackson’s career, specializing in operational efficiency to maximize profitability, has spanned a wide range of disciplines but has mainly been focused on servicing the legal industry. He has provided strategic and tactical implementation of a suite of efforts including cybersecurity, project management, vendor selection, personnel selection and mentoring, and software architecture.

Jackson is also the co-creator of new web SaaS subscription based service, focused on small to medium sized law firms that launched in 2014 used by over 50 firms to date and growing.

Jackson’s management experience of large and multi-disciplined teams, his enterprise level project delivery on tight timelines, and his operational strategy and implementation are the same principles he brings to each new multifamily project acquired.

On a personal note, Chris is an avid birdwatcher and snowboarder who enjoys travel to Lake Tahoe, Vail and Vermont. He is married (also to a birdwatcher and snowboarder) and has two children and a standard poodle.
